Out Spokin' Bicycles' clinics are a great way to learn more about bikes, how to maintain them, and how to ride them more efficiently. We offer several clinics on a recurring basis, so you have many options from which to choose. We occasionally offer more specialized clinics, as well. The format is casual classroom style, sometimes with hands-on demos, and plenty of opportunity for the audience to ask questions or share tips with other cyclists.

Bike Maintenance 101
Learn the basics of bicycle maintenance from our expert staff, including proper tire inflation, lubrication, safety inspections and how to solve most shifting problems by making minor adjustments on the fly. We will also cover flat tire repair, and have a time for answering any other questions the audience may have.

Group Ride Basics
If you're new to riding on the road, this clinic is for you. Learn proper road etiquette, group riding techniques, and how to survive around motor vehicles in this very informational class. BRING YOUR BIKES! After the period of instruction, we will take to the streets for a practice ride to apply the new techniques we learned.

Proper Bike Sizing and Fit
