For us at Out Spokin' Bicycles, making the customer happy is paramount. We love nothing more than to see someone walk out of our doors with a huge grin on their face knowing that they're about to go ride the bike of their dreams! We get great feedback from our customers about our bike sales, bike fitting, and service department. Check out the feedback below we received from some of our satisfied customers! "...whether its due to better fit, or something else, I can remain standing in the pedals longer without tiring climbing hills than my last bike... I am looking forward to taking it to the mountains, where I'm sure it will perform just as well... In general, I "feel" like I'm around 1mph faster readout on the computer than what I'm used to--small difference, I know, but the bike does feel more lively...You've done a good job on the fit, no evidence of lower back fatigue or stiffness that has been a problem on my other bike on long rides... "Hows it goin? I just wanted to say thanks for all the things you have shown me! It really has helped a lot... I also want to tell you that you have really inspired me! Just a few months ago I wasnt really sure what I wanted to be when I grew up but now im pretty sure I want to do something with cycling. I'm almost convinced I wont be riding for a living... but I'm sure I would love doing anything else. I just need to learn more about mechanicing and i guess whatever else there is to know. Oh!... "All I can say is WOW! There is no comparison between my old Orbea and the “New” one! That’s how drastic the change was riding it yesterday. I was able to really power up hills and fly in the flats with no discomfort at all! I even sprinted a buddy of mine in the drops for the first time and ran away from him, Unbelievable! I wish I could do RFL (charity ride from previous month) all over again what a difference it makes to have the bike correctly and professionally fit to your own geometry, I am amazed. Most of the issues with my saddle were gone and I am anxious to go out for some long rides now just to see how the saddle is now on long rides. Thanks for your help and the friendship you have shown to me and now my family, we had a really great time and just look forward to the next time we can venture over your way, it was well worth the drive. Keep in touch!
